Printed one side Max imprint size is 13x16

The concept of getting a discount for "buying in a group" only really applies when you're buying less than the total available supply. Aka, the seller has 2000 pieces and you get a "per piece" discount for buying 500.

The problem here is that we're having them made from scratch. Economies of scale only start to apply at the 1000 piece mark (approx). Basically, when you can print enough to make Silk Screening a viable option. Then the more you print, the less it costs per piece (effectively).

I'm really not trying to be a douche in the slightest.
Just quoting you guys the prices I'm getting as I get them.

As for this, sorry man. There really isn't a way for me to make that happen unless you'd be happy with a 1-color process on a white shirt, single sided. At which point, what are you even getting for your $10 anyway?

Looks like with CafePress, to get double-sided printing on a black shirt (with whatever process they use) is $27.72/pc.

I emailed that price to my printer. Lets see what she says

Same. But like I said, printing in weird places PROBABLY costs more. Sigh.

CafePress has this small box right in the middle of the chest where you can put stuff. Not sure what is involved in doing more inventive styles.
